More Report Problems

As a follow-up to another post, we loaded the BCM update (V2) on a second
machine and now the reports won't work on that machine either. Just prior to
loading this new update, they did work. There is clearly something wrong
with this update and when you are a novice with software you are simply left
not being able to use it. It really is frustrating!

What is the error message that you get ?Also have you tried doing a
reinstall of the BCM Manager Update

The error message is - The report could not be generated, Please try again.
This is now the message on two machines.

If you suggest I reinstall, could you advise:

1. Exact way to save existing contact info in BCM and

2. The link to the most current update. My ID info says version
2.00.5312.00. It also says SP2.
