More power needed? From X1900 GT to X1950 XT?

My core 2 duo system has a Zalman 460W PSU and hasn't had any problem
whatsoever driving 2 SATA HDDs, 2 DVD writers, an X1900 GT, plus several
fans. I'm thinking about upgrading to an X1950 XT, which consumes more
power. According to a power calculator, even with the XT, the total power
requirement of my system would be around 350W. So, do you think I should be
OK with the XT? I can afford a new PSU but I just love my Zalman. It's
silent and seems highly efficient.

Should be okay. I had no problems running an X1900XT (slightly more
power-hungry than X1950XT) on a basic Antec 400W (single 18A 12V rail) with
2 HDD and 2 optical drives.
