Monthly Balances

A client is having difficulty in bringing closing balances at end of the
month into a centralised control that will show a year-to date figure.
Apparently the date range limitations preclude him from doing this in access.
Although this sounds simple it is not proving to ber so. Has anyone any
suggestions?

Hi Phil

You can perform multiple calcuated results between vutualy any date ranges
in access provideing that the field holding the date information is used
(thats = not empty). The results can be shown in a report, on a form, etc.

Can you give more details of the problem - field/control names, date ranges
(eg. by day month quarter year etc)

The more details you give the better answer you will get.
