I need to make a report which using "month" sumerize the qty used in the
month under each item.
How can I do that?
The table set up the month field as TEXT (Jan, Feb, March... etch).

E.g :

Item No Grand
Total January February April March May June July August September October December
123456 18000 9000
145677 27000 9000 18000
124113 3 -36 36 1
14115 10 10
15131 14000 6000 2000 2000

Can you go to your table and change it to date? Then do a cross tab query.
