Monitor KDS Rad-5 & XP

I use a KDS Radius Rad-5 15 in LCD monitor. Every time I
start windows it shows a blank white screen. I need to
unplug the power to the monitor... replug and then turn
it back on to get an image. I know the monitor is not
broken because it works on other PCs and I know the PC
isn't broken because if I swap the HD with a similar PC
that I have running Win2000 the setup works so it must be
XP. Any advice? I've already installed the latest
driver and it doesn't help.

I'm having the same problem with a CRT monitor, except the screen is black
and it sometimes takes several unpluggings. Wonder if it's the same problem.
Are you seeing any errors in the Event Viewer?
