Modal and Pop Up

I use modal and pop up on all of my forms. I would like
to give the user the ability to minimise the database from
the main menu but seem only able to do this if I take the
Pop up and Modal off the form. Can it be done with pop up
and modal been left on ?

Not easily (if at all). Minimizing the Access MDI (using APIs) will also
minimize the form. (but not vice versa).
