Mobile Windows 2003 and context menu

We have recently begun testing our application on the new Mobile Windows
2003 platform.

We have experienced basically good results--however have run into an issue
with the context menu.

Sometimes the menu appears after a tap-n-hold--and other times it doesn't.
Othertimes, the red dots are drawn 2 times and then no menu appears.

We are testing side-by-side with Pocket PC 2002 OS so I'm fairly confident
that the problem exists in the new OS

Anyone seen or experienced this (or any other Mobile Windows 2003) issues?

I have seen the "double red dots" issue with one of the standard
applications on PPC2003. I think it was "Contacts". Unfortunately at that
time I was about to blow demo deadline and as such was not inclined to dig
into details

Now that I think about it I believe the menu sometimes would not appear as
well. This was on iPaq h5555
