MMS: Windows Can't Open Required Application

Up to a month ago, the following URL opened WMP11:
mms://straumV.nrk.no/nrk_tv_webvid03_m. Then I got a new hard drive,
cloned it from the old and now am getting the "Sorry, Windows Can't
Open Required Application. Access is Denied." Now, I can only open
it from within WMP. How do I go about getting it so the URL opens
directly again? Thanks.

Just trying to help you out.
It seems that what you want to watch is an online TV application.
I also read about the Opera web browser having this problem viewing.

I initially thought it had to do with Opera because Opera was always
open when I started the URL back when it worked, and so that's why I
asked first there. But in fact it seems related to Windows. At the
online TV site, I don't see anything about set up. Thanks.
