MMC 8.9 lost the TV capture again

Sigh. Upgrading from MMC 8.8 to 8.9 loses the TV capture option for
the AIW, just like 8.8 upgrade did. I'm getting pretty tired of seeing
the same bugs from ATI over and over. Don't they have any QA dept at
there?

Could you expand on this?

I recently built a computer and installed the 9600 128 AIW. Everything works
pretty well, but capturing from TV I get no sound.

I went to the ATI site and grabbed what I guess are the latest WDM drivers and
video drivers, but the WDM don't seem to install. (When I run the tests in
MMC, it says there's a problem, but their directions are -- imprecise; Device
Manager doesn't show WDM (I don't think) only "legacy capture drivers."

Is there a step-by step on this procedure of dummies?
