MM2 all weird

hi! I had Windows Movie Maker 2.1 before but i reformatted my computer
i went to download it again and i do the whole automatic updates thing (and
even the costums updates but its not there) but after i restarted my computer
it still didnt look like the one i had before

its still Movie Maker 1 zand is all grey and has no transitions or anything...
whats wrong and how can i get it??
