Missing Video Transitions in MM2.1

The video transitions/effects were suddenly gone when starting my last
project??? I've tried to download/reinstall SP2 to try and get a fresh MM2.1
on the cpu but that didn;t work. It looks like all of the .dll files are in
the MM folder per forum research, but the transitions are still not showing
up??? I had add-ons as well from Plus! and those are also gone. MM2.1
decided to freak out and I can't troubleshoot this one! Help please!
