Missing Tray Icons

When my computer boots up, some of my tray icons do not
appear. Those that are missing include webshots desktop,
creativer mixer, and go back. Those that always appear
include messenger 6.0, norton av, motherboard monitor.

But get this, If I boot up after first unplugging my
network (internet) connection, then every and all tray
icons appear in the tray.

Any suggestions on how to get all my tray icons to appear
without having to unplug my network connection first?

Recommendation only: Suggest you check your network
settings and preferences for it sounds like its settings
are defaulting to override previous settings.
