Missing Task Scheduler service

Hi,

I have a Win2k SP4 box that has no Task Scheduler serice.
I've reinstalled IE6 twice to try getting it back but it's
still missing. Any help would be appreciated.

If you mean Scheduled Tasks are not working, and uninstalled SP4 once.
This will help.

or If you means you can not find tsk scheduler in your windows 2000.
Check Control Panel,
If you cannot find in tere, Try Start > Run... > type "tasks" (without "")
If Tasks window are open, you already have task scheduler in your system.
