missing sender smtp address

I forwarded message to externet with Outlook, the original
sender is not contain SMTP address. How to include SMTP
address in message?

I the original sender someone from inside your own Exchange environment?
Than the SMTP address of the original sender isn't included in the message
because it was never send SMTP. You just need to type the address yourself
then.
