Trying to print Avery J8161 labels (3 across 6 down) from an Access database but row 6 is missing - as I have 200+ pages of labels to print that's a lot of 'wasted' labels.
I have checked that the printer is set to A4 and that the page setup is A4.
I can print J8161 labels from Word (ie a page of the same label) without any problem.

Did you set up the template yourself, and does it show the correct number of rows on screen?

Row of missing labels

Hi there
No I didn't set up the template. It is just a simple one table Access database. I always set up queries as they are easy to amend to change the selection criteria and then set up the labels using the Query using the Label Wizard.
The bottom row of labels is also missing in the preview. The only way I can get it to show is to reduce the top and bottom page margins to 3mm/5mm (which would print off the top of the label.
Many thanks.
