Missing results in Vista Search

Hi,

using Vista Search I've stumbled across the following trouble.
I've indexed the folder C:\CVSRooot, which holds a lot of source code
files under version control with CVS.

If I select C:\CVSRoot and I search for some word, I see no results,
but:
1. window lower left corner display "3 items" (or something like that)
meaning the search actually found 3 items, none of which are
displayed.
2. if I go to "Advanced search" and select "Display only documents"
the 3 items actually appears. If I select back "Display all" they
disappear :(
3. if I start my search from a different folder (i.e. C:\) it works as
expected (shows the 3 items).

Looks like the search actually works, but for some unknown reason the
graphic interface (Windows Explorer) does not display the results
correctly.

Anybody stumbled across this?
Any way to fix it?

Kind regards and Happy New Year, Corrado

I want to search for ALL the videos on my computer wherever they may be, and
get a list of them the way I always could on XP etc. How do I get this in
Vista?
