Missing resend button on actions menu- Outlook 2003

I cannot find the resend button under actions in outlook '03. I've opened the
sent items folder, opened the message I wish to resend and then click the
actions drop down menu and still can't find resend. I've expanded all the
toolbars and checked every menu. Why can't I find it?

It's on the actions menu - try restting the toolbar.

I tried resetting it- I even went to toolbar options- it's not there in any
menu.

It's on the actions menu - try restting the toolbar.

is this a corporate account? if yes, did the admin remove it?
