Missing Reference MSOWC.DLL version 1.0

Dear friends,
I got a copy of MS Access 2003 from my college and installed it. When I open
the VBA code window, it gives me the error:
Missing or broken reference MSOWC.DLL version 1.0
I tried to search on the microsoft web site and on the google, but did not
find any solution.
Kindly reply me to solve this.

Hi friends,
I found the solution. The check-box has to unchecked in the Reference Dialog
Box where it precedes by the word MISSING.
