missing ordinal

error message reads: WAOL.EXE - Ordinal not found. The
ordinal 2302 could not be located in the dynamic link
library IML32.dll
I cannot play many games, and I cannot download many
things because of this error message.
What is it and how do I fix it?
I have Windowsxp Professional 2002.

WAOL belongs to America Online. You might want to try reinstalling it, and
if the doesn't work, contact them and see what they have to say. Part of
what you've paying for is their support.
