Missing 'MyPictures' Folder

When I try to delete a program (DiskeeperLite) from the 'Add or Remove
Programs,' I get an error message telling me this:

Error 1606. Could not access network location
\\(computer name)\Desktop\My Pictures

I tried to delete the program through the registry but no success.

Why is it asking me for a folder that exists on the network from my other
computer??
I also think I deleted 'MyPictures' folder a long time ago accidently.
Time to Re-Install Windows?? Fix the registry?
