Missing Links Folder

I was "cleaning" and somehow lost my links folder on the top toolbar. I did
find it put it in the Favorites folder and now I cannot get the links on the
toolbar only in the Favorites. I do have it checked in the toobar menu but
it is missing.

Try resetting the IE toolbar layout using the method here.
