More than likely not your fault. Right click on that
square and then left click on show picture. If it is a
good file it may show otherwise it is more than likely
corruption on that site.
Yes, the webmaster of the site. That means the pictures were not
available on the webserver for download for whatever reason (missing or
corrupt files or a bad link). It has nothing to do with your machine.
