Missing items in the navigation pane

P

In the navigation pane in outlook I have a Business Contact Manager
folder. In that folder I however do not have the items: Accounts,
Business Contacts, Business History or Opportunities. I do have the
Delete and Search item.

To go to these missing items I have to use the menu bar.

I have tried the following with no success.
I have done a Detect and Repair action.
I have removed the database and added it again.
I have removed the database and created a new database.

Ctrl+6 to show the folder list- can you find them now?
