Missing Icons on Pages

There quite a few web sites that I visit where the icons on the page
itself do not load. Here is a screen shot I took of DSLR's page which
I visit the most and where this happens the most. You can see on the
left hand side where the icons are missing. By refreshing the page
they all appear.

This doesn't happen on every page I visit but most. Is there a fix
that I can apply to this or is it the site itself that is causing
this?

Hi I get the same sort of problem. There is meant to be a
box where I log into and it doesnt appear. I dont know
but it migt be because I dont have the newest version of
IE but a couple of days beofre it worked. I dont know
whats going on
