Missing Help File

I just switched over at work to a Dell Optiplex with win2000 pro installed.
I have not used it before this, win2K. It is working ok except that when I
tried to access the help file, it said it was missing. This computer only
comes with CD's for restoring the original setup as opposed to the install
discs. I have other OEM win2000 discs. Can I re install the help file for
the OS?
