Missing Frames from PDF file when converted from PowerPoint Slides

The frames from my PowerPoint Document are missing from when I converted it
to a PDF file, even though it shows in the preview, it does not print. Why is
that

Valrie, what do you mean by frames? Are these picture effects from PowerPoint
2007, shapes, some graphics you inserted, or something else?

Also which version of PowerPoint are you using, and what product did you use
for the PDF conversion.

I mean the box that goes around each slide. When I go to print, it gives me
the option to select "frame" which I did, and it shows great in the preview,
but when the PDF is created, the box is still missing.

I am using Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003.

Thank you for the clarification. I'm just thinking what could cause something
of this sort -- are you using Adobe Acrobat for the PDF conversion, or some
other PDF converter?
