Missing fonts

Can anyoune advise how to download new fonts into Outlook. I am using Windows
2003. Some incomng mails have invisible contents and when I use reply or
forward, the contents reappear with fonts such as chs_boot (whihc seems
suspicious...anyone has that experience?). In another instance the font was
MS-Pgothic which I don't have and no idea how to download to my Outlook.
Please help.

HI Milly, thanks for alerting me to Pat's response and I have replied.
Unfortunately there is no East Asian or Chinese fonts options in my dropdown
list within Control Panel's Regional and Language Options and I have no clue
where else to turn.

I also had someone send me MS Pgothic fonts which is also not available on
the list. Any suggestion where that could be obtained?
