missing folders ?

The Outlook of the principal of my school is missing one of its most
important mail folder in inbox,
what could be the reason & is there a way to recover ?

Look as a sub-folder of Deleted Items or elsewhere in the folder list.

Yes I see this all the time, people accidently drag and drop the folder into
another folder. Check and see which folders have + by them and open them up.
