missing files

i have the following error message when starting pc C:\windows\system32\MSA64CHK.dll how do i resolve it?

Thanks I ahve downloaded spybot and run a system check, this has not resolved the problem. Once I start up pc it says error loading c:\windows\system32\msa64chk.dll, i am not that good on pc so a step by step guide would be appreciated.
