Missing files when upgrading error 0x80070020

I recently bought a laptop with Vista Home Basic installed and want to
upgrade to Ultimate. I have bought the licens and I'm using Anytime upgrade.

During the upgrade process it stops while decompressing the file with error
message 0x80070020; Windows can not install the required files. Control that
all needed files are available and restart the installation.

I have now tried several times and with different upgrade CD's and it's the
same every time.

I hope some of you can help me

Disable, or better yet uninstall, your antivirus software while performing
the upgrade:
