"missing" files after running sysprep

Hi. After I run sysprep on machines I'm ready to clone
and then restart them, they have trouble file some files:
c_20127.nls, 8514fix.fon, agt0407.dll, agt0407.hlp, and
dosapp.fon. I have to supply the locations of these
files. This doesn't happen on every machine.

Does anyone know what's going on here?

I to am having this problem. I am using Windows 2003 server with RIS. Image affected is a tablet pc with windows XP Sp2 tablet edition. It seems to want to look at the Base image of Windows XP SP1 that I have on the server. Any luck. Karl
