Missing file

I have a Compaq laptop P4 1.7mhz with 1ghz ram.

When doing a disk check I get a message that I have a
missing file: Missing file C:\windows\system32
\mapiservr.exe cannot access gapi32.dll

I have located this file in: Program files\comon
files\system\map\1033

Where should this file be located so that it may be
accessed, or what changes need to be added to the
instruction set so that the file may be accessed?
