My cd player will not read blank disc, If I go to properties it shows
everyone to be full, even blank disc. It will read disc with data on them. I
tried to install my windows xp disc to reinstall windows, and it says missing
D:\i386\winnTUPG\netupGRD.dll. What does this mean? It also says newer
version of windows than what is on disc. The disc came with the compaq
recovery disc, when I bought the computer. Trying not to have to do a full
restore. Can anyone help? PLEASE!
