I have been receiving a missing file notice during my operationg system start
up. I using WINDOWS XP Professional with SP2. I've got all the lastest
upgrades installed and run MS Defender on a regular basis. However, I keep
getting the missing file notice. I've looked for the file using the MS Search
and Regedit but no luck. the file is OUYEIYYS.DLL. How do I remedy this
problem?

Google gives no hits on this file name, so assuming it is spelled correctly,
that suggests it could be associated with malware. Did you recently scan
for malware and remove some? There could still be a call to it in msconfig.
Start | run | msconfig. Check on the startup tab for any unusual entries
and uncheck them. Also do a thorough scan for malware.
