Missing dllcache folder?!

Jeff

I'm missing this folder, I just realized, don't know how or when it took
off on me, but it poses a problem...that's windows' backup is it not?
As well, the windows search feature no longer works for me...when I try
to search anything after the search window pops up, I get the error
message as follows: Unexpected Error; Action could not be completed.

Any advice!?

Hi,

You probably just don't have folder options set to see hidden system
folders. Go to the Control Panel/Folder Options, and on the View tab, set
the options so you can see hidden and system files. Specifically:

Enable (check) "Display the contents of system folders"
Enable (check) "Show hidden files and folders"
Disable (uncheck): "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)"

I also recommend that you disable (uncheck) "hide extensions for known file
types".
