missing dll

When I open outlook 2007 it opens, then immediately gives an error msg:
cannot find naCmndLib71.dll. I have un/reinstalled and get the same error.
Help???

Sound like you have a problem with your McAfee anti virus software.
Uninstall McAfee and use the tool available on their site to completely
remove it
