Please reply to "jbvaughn(removethis)@sprynet.com:
At startup I get message " mm_tray.exe was not started
successfully as it is missing TrackUtils.dll". Musicmatch
Jukebox will not start as it's missing the same .dll.
Dell support suggested remove/reinstall Musicmatch, but
the "uninstall" does not work for Musicmatch, nor can I
reinstall without removal first. Upon learning that, Dell
support recommends reinstallation of XP. This seems a
drastic solution so I want 2nd, 3rd or more validations
before proceding. Please comment. Some original
correspondence with Dell follows, condescension and all:

Dear Mr. Vaughn,
Thank you for your time and cooperation.
I apologize the inconvenience that you are experiencing in
this regard.
The issue which you are facing can occur because there are
certain files of the operating system which are corrupted.
Windows XP has an option of repairing the operating
system. This option should be used when you have
determined that the operating system files are corrupt,
but you do not want to completely format the hard drive
and reinstall the operating system.
I would request you to go to the link below and do a
repair reinstall of Windows XP.
