Missing dll file error message

On boot up the the computer needs three times to finally get to the start
screen. An error meesage comes up - 'Error loadingl; C:\Windows\system
32\inetp60.dll; The specified module is missing.'

I looked over some of the other questions and answers on this topic. I
tried to get it fixed with the XP CD, but it was looking for information that
I couldn't supply.

Check for Ad-ware of Spyware and run Updated Anti-virus tool. If issue
persists, get into command prompt and type

expand <CD-ROM drive letter>\i386\inetp60.dl_ C:\widnows\system32\inetp60.dll
