missing command

Hi all !
Layout: Win XP SP2, Admin rights
In Windows explorer I cannot see file extension.
I tried to fix it, but the "Folder Options" command from Tools menu is
missing.

What can I do ?

"Find" the text string "hidden" on this page - and "Next" etc., one of these
registry tweaks may help.
