Missing CD & DVD Drives

After i uninstalled EWasy CD Creator 5 Platinum my DVD
Rewriter & CD Rewriter have both gone AWOL. In device
manager there is an exclamation mark against both drives
and they both have the same error (Error 19). I can at
least install programs over the wireless network using my
laptop, but I am unsure as to how I can get the drives
back.

Any help would be most appreciated
