missing button on toolbar

In excel 2003, I like to have the two icons on my toolbars showing the option to email as attached file, and the second button to email as text. When I customize my toolbar and add these icons, after closing the customize menu, the icon for emailing as text dissappears, it re-appears when I open customize menu. I tried copying to another toolbar, and get the same result. Does anyone know how to keep this from dissappearing

Funny, I don't see a Mail as Text toolbutton via Customize in Excel 2003.
All I see in the File menu group (or any group) is Mail as Attachment.
Where do you see it?
