Missing address bar

My address bar in internet explorer has disappeared can someone please tell
me how to get it back?

I think all you have to do is go to View, Toolbars, Address Bar. If you dont
have your file, edit, view, ect. try hitting F11

Mine is also missing. Going to View, Toolbars, didn't work. Any other advise
