Missing {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318

Windows XP can not find CD drives and Video Card.
Trying to remove the upper and lower filters from regedit
but unable to find the {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-
08002BE10318} file.
Computer now stuck in loop with Windows Setup so I can't
get back to my regular Windows desktop.
Any suggestions?

Install the video card drivers from the driver cd that
should have came with the card.

See if this helps:

Save the file below to your hard drive. Navigate to where you saved it and
double click the file. A confirmation dialog will appear when the script is
done. You may need to reboot for the change to take effect.

Restore CD/DVD in Explorer

On;y problem is, I currently can not get to my desktop.
I used the XP repair disk to try to rectify the problem,
but now everytime I reboot it, it wants the XP setup disk.
