Mirrored Set of Drives

I have a mirrored set of two 18 gig scsi drives.
The error message says failed redundancy with a little
yellow error flag on one of the volumes, both volumes
still say "online" but the option to "resync" is shaded
out (not available), the only option available is "Remove
mirror" I have no clue what to do

how did you setup your RAID? Hardware, software ? WHo makes the
controller/chip ? Is there a utility that is showing you the yellow-bang? if
so, what is it? Device Manager, The Array-o-Matic universal destruction
utility... what?
