minutes calculation formula

Can anyone tell me the formula for calculating the total minutes for column
E. When the dates changes past midnite....its tricky . Also I cant find a
format for just minutes for column E

If the date changes at midnight you shouldn't have to worry about times
after midnight.

=ROUND(((C2+D2)-(A2+B2))*1440,0)

Format as GENERAL

Based on your sample the results are: 15, 360, 1020
