Minolta PagePro 1100L printer driver

In trying to install the above printer on a computer w/
Windows XP, I've run into the following issues:

1) there was no driver available w/ Windows XP
2) the driver on Minolta's site is for Windows 2000 but
they claim it will work w/ XP as well
3) it doesn't, I tried to install it and got a message
saying that it has not been verified by Microsoft
4) I am stuck now, does anyone else have a trusted and
working driver for this specific printer? or know where I
should look for one?

Use the one provided by Minolta and click OK to continue when it tells you
the driver is not digitally signed.
