minimize window and it disappears !

When I minimize a window, it disappears to the top of the screen instead of
to the bottom. Moreover, it is no longer mentioned on the toolbar. I did a
screening with two anti virus programs, but no effect.

The problem is solved : it has to do with another program : rocketdock. I
changed a setting.
