Minimalistic TV (WDM) player

Hi! I'm sorry if it's an off topic post:

Do you know any minimalistic WDM TV tuner player?
(I have a WinFast DV2000 TV card)

What I'm looking for is a program with the simplest User Interface
possible - a thin frame with TV picture inside and nothing more.

RaNo,

It's not exactly what you want (it does have a few buttons in the UI), but
check out VirtualVCR at http://virtualvcr.sourceforge.net/. I use it
exclusively for video viewing and capture.

Thanks!
I'd like to give it a try, but their download does not work.
Can you check if you can download the installer?

OK, now I have it. There must have been a temporary problem with
sourceforge's downloads.

Anyway, it's not what I was looking for... I didn't find there an option to
scale the window, or make it stay always on top.

Radoslaw,
You didn't look hard enough!

To scale the window, press the Settings button (hammer) and select the
Video tab. Check "Use Custom Settings" and change the Frame Size to
whatever you like. I use 720 x 480 to watch DVD's. Also change the Frame
Rate to 30/second.

To make the window stay on top, go to the View tab and check "Always on
Top". You can also hide everything but the video window by checking "Hide
Tool/Status bars".
