MIIS - Two way password synchronization

I know that with MIIS i can use AD to change passwods and they will sync with
my Novell Servers. With MIIS does it allow me to modify passwords in my
Novell environment and sync with AD? Essentially giving me the flexibility
to change a password on my Windows or Novell environment.
