migration of outlook express 2003 to outlook xp

sir iam having outlook express 2003 i have taken backup of .pst on another
system iam having outlook xp how to import this outlook express 2003 .pst
file into outlook xp.

You'll have to doublecheck what client you're using. There's no such thing as
Outlook Express 2003, nor does Outlook Express use a PST file. Please check
to see what you're using (Help > About) and clarify.

If your 2003 data file is a *.pst file, that was created in outlook 2003,
Outlook 2002 cannot read it

If you mean Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2002 (XP), then ...

If the PST file is 97-2002 format, then you can simply transfer the file
and open it with Outlook 2002.

If the PST file is 2003 format, then you will need to create a new
97-2002 style PST file, copy (drag-and-drop) all data from the 2003
file, then transfer and open with Outlook 2002.

If your situation is different, then please clarify.
